The squint surgery depending upon degree of squint usually involves multiple muscle surgery of both eyes. It involves shortening or lengthening of the muscles so as to bring the eye in normal position. Post operatively eye may remain sore, red and little discomfort for few days which can be easily covered by eye drops.
